SiteBox collects the personal data, including but not limited to name, age, email and contact number are required to create a customer account. Collection of this data may be required as part of the services provided by the SiteBox.

Additionally personal data relating to health may be collected as part of certain services to ensure you are safe to undertake that service or when it forms a critical role in the delivery of that service.

Personal data is directly collected by SiteBox from you when:

SiteBox has partnered itself with numerous companies that we call ‘Experts’. These ‘Experts’ are called upon to improve your health and wellbeing experience. Use of these ‘Experts’ is actioned by customers & not SiteBox & as such your personal data is never shared with these ‘Experts’.

SiteBox is a registered company within the United Kingdom & as such data is stored within the United Kingdom.

7. How long do we store your data for?

SiteBox will store your data until the retention period has expired. After this time your data will be data in accordance to regulation standards. Full details of data retention periods is detailed in the SiteBox Data Retention Policy.

You have the right to request erasure of your data prior to the retention period being complete.

8. How do we share your data?

SiteBox does not sell or share your data under any circumstances. Information may be provided to agents, contractors, or third parties where it is necessary to complete the service you wish to undertake.

The services provided by SiteBox are currently not deemed suitable from under 18’s.

10. Payment Information

All payments made to SiteBox are done so via invoice. SiteBox uses third party payment services complaint with GDPR to manage payments. SiteBox itself does not store payment information.

11. Marketing and Advertising

If you would like to receive marketing & advertising content from SiteBox, then personal data in the form of an email is required. This service is an opt-in service and customers are free to unsubscribe and resubscribe freely.

The SiteBox website contains links to other websites. The SiteBox Privacy Policy applies only to our website, if you click on a link to another website you should read their privacy policy.
